We’re excited to announce that our app is getting a little TLC! 🚀 To keep things running smoothly and to bring you even better features, we’ll be doing some maintenance soon. Here’s the scoop:
🗓 Date: 29 of May 2024
🕒 Time: Between 4AM and 8AM CET
This maintenance will take our app offline for about 1 to 3 hours. During this time, you won’t be able to access the app, but don’t worry—we’ll be back before you know it!
After the maintenance
Once the maintenance is complete, you may encounter some issues or you might notice that you still don’t have access to the app. Here are a few issues that might occur:
Still can’t access the app
Some users may encounter issues accessing the application even hours after the end of the maintenance period. Part of the work we will be doing is to update the DNS records of the Beerhands domain name. Unfortunately, this operations is not always instant and your device may take as much as 48 hours (in very unlucky cases) to refresh.
There exists however several ways to manually refresh it. Here are a few solutions:
- Restart your device: Sometimes, starting from scratch can help tremendously. Rebooting your device (Iphone or Android) can trigger a DNS refresh which should fix the issue.
- Change Wifi: Be it as it may, your Wifi does count as a “device,” and so the same logic applies as your device. Try to restart it, and if you can’t then change network to another one which might have received the DNS update.
